I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased we were with your service. I had another company come out to clean out my dryer vent about 2 weeks ago, and they were'nt able to clear the blockage completley. My husband and I were very upset that the work was not performed as promised. I called NUFLO after searching the web. Kim was great - She returned my call promptly, was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me very detailed information about the process. Mike (I believe it was mike - my mother was at the house since i had to work) came out to the house and cleared the blockage, which included what looked like the beginnings of a birds nest, as well as alot of lint. It's scary to see how much lint and other items can accumulate in the vent. Now my brand new dryer is working as it should. Thank you so much!!!!! Ill be sure to schedule our appointment same time next year!!!
